8 arrests and 2 judicial control requests in the IMM operation!

The testimony proceedings at the Çağalayan Courthouse for 10 suspects detained as part of an investigation launched against the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) have concluded. Eight people were arrested, and two suspects were referred to the Criminal Court of Peace for probation.

The names of those sent for arrest are as follows:

Hüseyin Yurttaş, Sabri Caner Kırca, Kadir Öztürk, Mustafa Bostancı, Fatih Yağcı, Murat Or, Ümit Polat, Bulut Aydöner

Ten people were detained on July 9th in a controversial financial crimes investigation targeting the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM). Four drivers were reportedly among those detained: Fatih Keleş's driver Hüseyin Yurttaş; Kadriye Kasapoğlu's driver Sabri Caner Kırca; Murat Ongun's driver Kadir Öztürk; İbrahim Özkan's driver Mustafa Bostancı; accountant Zafer Çimen; businessman Salih İlhan; Ağaç AŞ employee Fatih Yağcı; Ağaç AŞ employee Murat Or; Ağaç AŞ employee Ümit Polat; and businessman Bulut Aydöner.
