British MPs approve landmark assisted dying bill

British MPs approved this Friday (20), with 314 votes in favor and 291 against, a historic bill aimed at legalizing assisted death for some terminally ill patients.

The text, which had already received a favorable vote from British MPs in November last year, in a first reading, must now be examined by the House of Lords for its entry into force.
