After careful study, it was identified that it contains an active component known as "hesperidin," which is responsible for its relaxing effect.

Dr. Andrés Navarro also noted that there are products on the market containing this active ingredient and manufactured to treat hair fragility.

As if that weren't enough, the Center for Food and Development Research points out that it can reduce anxiety levels, as it acts on the nervous system and relaxes it.

This power is largely attributed to the combination of essential oils such as linalool, linalyl acetate, limonene, and terpineol, all extracted from the same flower.
