The interview results for the recruitment of 15,000 contract teachers have been announced.

According to the statement by the Ministry of National Education, the oral examination process, which started after the announcement published on June 10, 2025, started on June 23 and was completed on August 20, 2025.

While 19 of the 15,000 total quotas were reserved for national athletes, 34,881 candidates qualified to participate in the oral exam for the 14,981 quotas. Of these candidates, 30,850 participated in the exams. The participation rate was announced as 88.44 percent.

CANDIDATES CHOSE QUESTIONS BY ELECTRONIC DRAW

The Ministry emphasized the transparency of the examination process. Accordingly:

Candidates were asked a total of three questions, each from educational sciences, general knowledge, and their respective fields. The questions were determined by the candidates themselves via an electronic lottery. No additional questions were asked. The process was recorded, and the identities of the candidates and committee members were kept confidential.

Evaluations were made according to previously described criteria.

RESULTS CAN BE ACCESSED THROUGH E-GOVERNMENT

Oral exam results were calculated by taking 50% of the KPSS score and 50% of the oral exam score. Candidates can access their results on the "Ministry of National Education 2025 Contract Teacher Recruitment Oral Exam Results Information" screen at www.meb.gov.tr ​​using their e-Government passwords.
