The Surgut District Maternal Health Center is seeking a pediatric anesthesiologist and resuscitator to join their team. The offered salary starts at 130,000 rubles per month. Responsibilities include developing a patient examination plan, prescribing laboratory, radiographic, and functional tests, and determining medical indications and contraindications for anesthesia. A university degree in general medicine or pediatrics, an internship or residency in anesthesiology and resuscitation, and specialist accreditation are required. The physician will receive a 50% "northern" bonus, discounted travel to a vacation destination once every two years, and company housing.

In early September 2025, SuperJob analysts analyzed 79,000 job postings in Russia's largest cities and compiled a list of the highest-paying positions. Doctors topped the list in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Volgograd, Voronezh, and Kazan. For example, at one Moscow clinic, a urologist with at least five years of experience was offered a monthly salary of 300,000 rubles.

To compile the list of vacancies in cities with populations between 500,000 and 1 million, SuperJob specialists reviewed 24,000 job postings. Doctor vacancies were included in Irkutsk, Tyumen, Vladivostok, Kirov, Astrakhan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Orenburg, Izhevsk, and Ulyanovsk.
