Neo Hospital attracts investors: Spire Capital joins leader in robotic and minimally invasive surgery

Neo Hospital Group, one of the leaders in robotic surgery and minimally invasive procedures in Poland, has gained a new investor. Spire Capital Partners has acquired a significant stake, supporting the continued development of the facility, which combines cutting-edge technology with the experience of a world-class medical team.
The dynamic development of technology-based medicine is attracting the attention of private equity investors at facilities like Neo Hospital . As Maciej Zużałek, chairman of the supervisory board and principal investor of Neo Hospital , emphasized, one of its key strengths is:
advanced, minimally invasive procedures that, thanks to technology, minimize the burden on the patient and shorten recovery time.
The hospital uses modern surgical robots that allow for precise operations with minimal interference with the patient's body.
Spire Capital Partners has joined Neo Hospital's shareholders, taking a significant minority stake. The fund focuses on investments in Central and Eastern Europe, supporting innovative technology and service companies. This collaboration with Spire Capital Partners is another step in the hospital's development.
As Krzysztof Konopiński from Spire Capital noted:
Neo Hospital Group is in a strong market position enabling continued dynamic organic growth – driven by an outstanding medical team, experienced management and strategic use of technology to support patients.
Neo Hospital already plays a regional leadership role in robotic surgery and minimally invasive procedures.
Neo Hospital is a facility consistently developing its capabilities based on surgical robotics and modern medical technologies. A team of nearly 300 specialists draws on the knowledge and experience gained at leading centers in Poland and abroad. The hospital offers comprehensive care, from outpatient consultations and diagnostics to advanced surgical procedures, including gynecology, urology, orthopedics, general surgery, oncology, and plastic surgery.
The facility is also recognized internationally. Its quality and standards have been recognized by, among others, the International Bariatric Club at the University of Oxford and the International Hospital Federation. High-level technology and medical expertise allow Neo Hospital to effectively combine precision, safety, and shorter recovery times.
The investment fund's entry into Neo Hospital represents not only a financial success but, above all, strengthens the hospital's potential as a center for modern healthcare. Thanks to the fresh capital and the support of strategic investors such as Spire Capital Partners, it will be possible to further implement innovative technologies, develop infrastructure, and even better tailor services to patient needs.
It's worth noting that the investment was conducted with the participation of renowned advisors. Spire Capital Partners was supported by the MJH law firm and Deloitte (financial and tax advisory), while Neo Hospital utilized the services of the Rymarz Zdort Maruta law firm.
The growing interest in the healthcare sector from private equity funds like Spire Capital Partners demonstrates that modern, technology-driven healthcare is becoming a key investment focus. Spire Capital, established in 2021, collaborates with the European Investment Fund and the Polish Development Fund , as well as with Polish and international private investors involved in the digital economy and financial markets.
Neo Hospital, as an example of a successful combination of medicine and innovation, can become a model for further investments in the healthcare sector, offering patients the highest level of care and creating new treatment standards in Poland and the region.
