The Ministry of Health has published a new anti-export list, which will come into effect on May 16. The list contains 276 items. The list includes drugs such as insulin, antibiotics, applied agents and painkillers.

On September 1, an absolute ban is in effect. It is commonly used in Poland. Sanitary Inspectorate warns

A notice regarding the list of medicinal products, foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses and medical devices at risk of lack of availability in the territory of the Republic of Poland has been published in the Official Journal of the Ministry of Health.

Pursuant to art. 37av sec. 14 of the Act of 6 September 2001 - Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 686 and of 2025, item 129), a list of medicinal products, foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses and medical devices at risk of lack of availability in the territory of the Republic of Poland is established as of 16 May 2025, constituting an annex to the announcement - we read in the announcement.

The list includes, among others:

Abasaglar (Insulinum glarginum) – insulin;
Actilyse 10 (Alteplasum) – thrombolytic drug;
Activelle (Estradiolum + Norethisteronum) - hormone replacement therapy;
Bebilon Pepti 1 Syneo - milk replacer elimination diet;
Berinert 1500 (C1-esterase inhibitor, human) - used to treat angioedema;
Concerta (Methylphenidati hydrochloridum) - treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD);
Daivobet (Calcipotriol + Betamethasonum) - a drug used in psoriasis;
DHC Continus (Dihydrocodeini tartras) – a strong painkiller;
Durogesic (Fentanylum) – a strong painkiller;
Finlepsin 200 retard (Carbamazepinum) – anticonvulsant drug;
Gabitril (Tiagabinum) – antiepileptic drug;
Gensulin N (Insulinum humanum) – human insulin;
HyQvia (Immunoglobulinum humanum normale) - human immunoglobulin;
Jardiance (Empagliflozinum) – antidiabetic drug;
Klabax (Clarithromycin) – antibiotic;
Lipancrea 16 000 (Pancreatinum) – a drug used for pancreatic disorders;
Madopar (Levodopum + Benserazide) – a drug used for Parkinson's disease;
Medikinet 10 mg (Methylphenidati hydrochloridum) – treatment of ADHD in children;
MST Continus (Morphini sulfas) – morphine;
Nutramigen 1 LGG Complete - milk replacer elimination diet;
Ozempic (Semaglutide) – antidiabetic drug;
Pentasa (Mesalazinum) – anti-inflammatory drug;
Pulmozyme (Dornasum alfa) – a drug used in patients with cystic fibrosis;
Rispolept Consta (Risperidonum) – a drug used in the maintenance treatment of schizophrenia;
Spiriva (Tiotropium) - an inhaled drug with a bronchodilator effect;
Systen Conti (Estradiolum + Norethisteroni acetas) - hormone replacement therapy in the form of a patch, used in women to relieve the symptoms of menopause;
Trulicity (Dulaglutidum) – antidiabetic drug;
Xeplion (Paliperidonum) - an antipsychotic drug.
