What if it were possible to predict the danger of melanoma and prevent its spread? Researchers in Strasbourg have studied the internal architecture of cancer cells and made a major discovery regarding the role of small cellular factories called lysosomes.

Early detection of skin cancer plays a significant role in its prognosis. The earlier it is diagnosed, the greater the chances of recovery. If the melanoma metastasizes, the outcome can be fatal.
