Pollution in Lyon: poor air quality this Friday
Air quality will deteriorate in Lyon and throughout the greater Lyon area this Friday, July 4, despite a northerly wind limiting the concentration of pollutants.
Things have been a little easier to breathe in Lyon and the greater Lyon area in recent days. Thanks in part to a northerly wind that limits the accumulation of pollutants in the city's skies, the situation is improving but will remain worse this Friday, July 4.
While the concentration for sulfur dioxide and nitrogen will be good, it will be degraded for ozone and multi-pollutants. Regarding fine particles, Atmo classifies them as average for this last day of the week before the weekend.
