María has become one of the content creators who inspires thousands of people on TikTok. Her story began when she decided to change her diet and join a consistent workout routine. The results didn't go unnoticed: she's lost 12 kilos and now shares with her community the tricks and recipes that helped her transform her lifestyle.
What her followers value most is that she doesn't speak from theory, but from her own experience. She herself acknowledges that it's not always easy to maintain discipline, especially in those afternoon hours when the craving for something sweet strikes. "It's 5:00 p.m. and I'm already wandering around the kitchen looking for something to eat," she admits with a laugh in one of her videos. And it's precisely at these moments that she turns to one of her favorite snacks: a quick, light, and filling recipe that allows her to maintain her diet without sacrificing flavor.
@mariaamdr.fit healthy granola in 10 minutes ??? and it's that many times this type of product has many additives that are not too interesting, so I show you this version that will solve a lot of snacks! ? #gym #granola #healthyfood #healthyrecipes #loseweight ♬ Cooking, bossa nova, adults, light(950693) - Kids Sound
The young woman explains that she didn't want to fall into the temptation of making a whole cake or exceeding her daily macros. So she came up with a combination of basic ingredients that she always has on hand. "The recipe is super simple, it takes five minutes to make, and you don't have to eat a lot to feel full," she says.
The recipe consists of a mixture of oats, nuts, and honey, which is then briefly baked until crunchy. It may sound simple, but it's an effective solution for those looking to curb hunger between meals without resorting to ultra-processed foods. "Nuts, yes, but natural; no candied nuts, which taste like horse vomit," she says.
The process doesn't require exact measurements. María prepares it "by eye," although she recommends adjusting the quantities according to each person. The key is to have a large bowl, add oat flakes, stir in a handful of unsalted nuts, and gradually combine everything with a couple of tablespoons of honey. "The honey is what binds everything together; you mix it patiently and add a little more until it's just right," she explains.

The mixture is then spread onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, which makes both cooking and cleanup easier. A few minutes are all it takes to achieve the crispy touch that makes all the difference. "You take this out little by little and mix it so it stays that crispy," she explains in the video.
The success of this snack lies in its versatility. It can be eaten alone, but María often adds a couple of spoonfuls to light Greek yogurt, making it a balanced and perfect summer snack. "You've got your afternoon snack sorted," she concludes with satisfaction.
Beyond the recipe, her message seeks to dispel the idea that losing weight is synonymous with starvation. The key, she insists, is to find appealing alternatives that allow for long-term consistency.
