The Ministry of Health announced the details of Special Purpose Health Reports

According to the statement made by the Ministry, with the implementation of the regulations, the way has been opened for "Special Purpose Health Reports", which are subject to a fee at every stage, to be obtained from Family Health Centers (ASM) by paying a lower fee.

In the statement, it was stated that the steps that will make it easier for citizens to obtain optional reports have been redefined, and a transaction code will be generated for applications that can be made online, via text message or by visiting the family doctor in person.

Thanks to that transaction code, the fee can be paid easily and securely via the official website "https://sbos.saglik.gov.tr" or via EFT/money transfer method.

How to get a special purpose health report upon request?

In the statement, it was stated that in order for people to request a special purpose health report from family medicine units, they must first obtain a "transaction code".

The transaction code can be obtained through three different methods: online, text message (SMS) and physical application.

According to the statement, the stages are listed as follows:

"Online transaction code application can be created by logging into the system with e-government information via the internet address 'https://sbos.saglik.gov.tr'. Transaction code can be obtained via SMS by sending a text message to 2023 via mobile devices with the Turkish ID number and the short name of the report type to be obtained. (For example: 1234******0 driver) Physical transaction code can be obtained by applying to family physicians in person. After the examination, family physicians can create an e-Report and generate a transaction code."

In the statement, it was reported that thanks to the transaction code, people can make online payments with credit cards via the address "https://sbos.saglik.gov.tr" before or after the examination, and that payments can also be made via the bank account channels of the Ministry of Health via money transfer/EFT methods.

Reports can be viewed via e-Pulse and e-Government

After the payment process is completed, individuals will be able to view the special purpose reports created after the examination process via e-Pulse and e-Government applications and share them with the relevant institutions.

If the person who wants to get a special purpose health report is referred to a higher level health service provider by the family doctor or if the report cannot be created within 5 working days after the transaction code is obtained and the payment is made, the refund will be automatically made through the system.
