Never consume these foods in summer: They strain the body's cooling mechanism

Doctors state that excessively oily, spicy and fried foods block the body's natural cooling mechanism and increase internal temperature; the additional heat released during digestion puts extra strain on the body, especially during a heat wave.
Famous brain surgeon Prof. Dr. Vlad Ciurea drew attention to eating habits in hot weather with the arrival of summer months and warned that especially heavy and fatty meals should be avoided.
"The body is already exposed to intense thermal stress; foods that strain the stomach can increase the risk of coronary and cerebral ischemia. What the stomach likes is not always good for the brain. The brain does not like mite," said Prof. Ciurea.
Ciurea recommends preferring salads and small portions consumed at frequent intervals during this period. “Excessive oily, fried and processed foods and energy drinks strain the body’s cooling mechanism; instead, drink plenty of water and prefer light meals with fresh fruits and vegetables,” he added.
Ciurea pointed out that maintaining health is directly related not only to what we eat but also to “how and when we drink water,” adding that the most important precaution during the summer is “intensive fluid intake.”
