Galatasaray's flash decision regarding Barış Alper Yılmaz's salary

Barış Alper Yılmaz was confused by the 10 million Euro annual salary offer he received from the Saudi Arabian team NEOM.

The star footballer, who refused to train, expressed his disapproval by posting a black screen on social media. However, thanks to the positive approach of manager Okan Buruk and the resolute stance of chairman Dursun Özbek, he backed down and apologized to the team.

While claims have surfaced that management offered Barış a higher contract, there are no such plans in the short term. It's been reported that a salary increase will be considered if the national team player returns to the team and performs positively again.
