The death toll from the explosion in Iztapalapa rises to 14.

The Mexico City Health Secretariat updated the status of the victims of the gas pipeline explosion at the Puente de la Concordia in Iztapalapa.
The death toll from the tragedy has been confirmed to have risen to 14.
As of 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 15, it was reported that 40 people remained hospitalized in various hospitals in the capital, while 30 people had already been discharged.
READ: The Mexican peso is gaining strength against the dollar; this is how it's trading today, Monday.The list included the names of the 14 deceased persons, among them Mrs. Alicia Matías Teodoro, 49 years old, who died last Friday, September 12, after suffering burns on more than 90% of her body, after protecting her two-year-old granddaughter during the explosion.
Also included are Armando Antillón Chávez, 45; Daniela Barragán, 19; Misael Cano Rodríguez, 39; Irving Uriel Carrillo Reyes, 20; Carlos Iván Contreras Salinas, 29; Juan Carlos Bonilla Sánchez, 40; Oscar Rubén Uriel Cortez Cisneros, 57; Eduardo Noe García Morales; José Gabriel Hernández Mendez, 17; Juan Antonio Hernández Betancourt; Jorge Islas Flores; Carlos Sánchez Blas, 15; and Jesús José Tovar García, 40.
