As the administrative investigation into suspected penalty payment fraud at the Épinal hospital continues, and the judicial investigation begins, the anti-corruption association AC!! has filed a complaint against unknown persons with the Épinal prosecutor. Since health care is part of its statutes, the complaint concerns "misappropriation of public funds by an organized gang" and "breach of trust."
