Saverne region: Mental health at the heart of the new local health contract

On Wednesday, July 9, representatives from several local authorities and their healthcare partners gathered at the Château des Rohan in Saverne to sign a new local healthcare contract. From Alsace Bossue to the Mossig Vignoble region, this contract will aim to improve access to healthcare and address mental health issues.
Nine months of work later, the future of the sector's health plan is assured. On Wednesday, July 9, a new local health contract (CLS) was signed for the Pays de Saverne, Plaine, and Plateau. After an initial version between 2020 and 2024 that only covered this area, we will now refer to the CLS Ouest Bas-Rhin, since the Mossig Vignoble community of communes has been added to the partnership. Valid until 2029, it will therefore represent a total of 142 municipalities and 113,000 residents.
