Saint-Hélier. Pink October: the town joins forces with Martine's Hats

The town of Saint-Hélier, with its 36 inhabitants, is once again committed to the fight against breast cancer by participating in the Pink October campaign. This year, Mayor Geneviève Bréchat and her municipal team are organizing an event in collaboration with the association Les Chapeaux de Martine , led by Gaëlle Buri.
For those who wish to participate and support this initiative, the meeting is scheduled for Saturday, October 4, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the town hall. Residents will have the opportunity to learn how to make fabric flowers and small Pink October bows.
To enhance this event and to answer any questions, Catherine Landel, a member of the Côte-d'Or Cancer League, will be present, offering advice and selling items to benefit research.
"With this event, we hope to exceed the €167 collected last year . We want every resident to feel involved in this call for donations and to enjoy creating together. It will be a moment of sharing and solidarity," says the mayor.
