Can you start by defining what psychotic disorders are?

"These are psychiatric disorders that generally appear in fairly young people. Typically, between the ages of 16 and 25. These disorders alter the way we perceive our environment by generating, for example, hallucinations or delusions. They also lead to what we call disorganization, that is, a change in the way we think, say things, feel emotions, and sometimes move. And then, these manifestations are accompanied by negative symptoms such as social withdrawal or no longer engaging in daily tasks."
