Haut-Doubs. The Les Fortes Têtes troupe has raised nearly €20,000 in ten years for a good cause.

The theater troupe Les Fortes Têtes offers local audiences a generous performance, in every sense of the word. By donating a portion of its proceeds to charities, this group of longtime friends combines a passion for theater with a commitment to charity.
"Ten years ago, the troupe decided to donate part of its proceeds to a charity," says Caroline Guinchard, secretary and actress of Les Fortes Têtes. "We've done it every year since."
Since 2015, almost 20,000 euros have been raised for a variety of causes, from the fight against Alzheimer's disease to the cultural development of Mali, including the fight against cystic fibrosis and liver disease.
This year, the Levitan association "Steps for Hugo" was chosen. "Hugo Lorier is a teenager with a neuromotor disability linked to a lack of oxygen at birth," explains the young woman. "Thanks to the determination and energy of his loved ones, he is undergoing effective and innovative therapies in Spain and Switzerland, in the hope of walking one day."

Costly care that Hugo's family cannot afford alone, and which has led them to form an association.
"We are happy to know that this money will allow him to progress further," concludes Caroline Guinchard.
The presentation of the check gave rise to a friendly moment on June 13, in the presence of Hugo and his coach, Elodie, his parents, volunteers from the association and members of the troupe.
