Prosecuted before the disciplinary chamber of the regional medical association in Dijon by one of his patients and the Doubs medical association, the former head of the dermatology department at Besançon University Hospital, now a dermatologist in Ornans, was given the lightest possible sanction. His complaint against the association was subsequently dismissed.
