Forbach: A census of patients without a primary care physician to facilitate contact

The Porte de France Moselle territorial professional health community (CPTS) has just launched an online form to identify patients in the area without a primary care physician. The system applies to residents of the 32 municipalities in the Forbach and Freyming-Merlebach conurbations.
