Established since mid-May at the bottom of Avenue Victor-Hugo in Dijon, Calaom has unveiled a show apartment unlike any other. The kitchen, bathroom, and flooring have all been designed to make everyday life easier for seniors and people with reduced mobility without sacrificing aesthetics. An innovative showcase for this "Handibat"-certified developer, which is riding the wave of the boom in home care.

In this showroom at the bottom of Avenue Victor-Hugo in Dijon, open since mid-May, a beautiful fitted kitchen is on display. Passing through a small door, you come across a bathroom with marble walls and parquet floors. Everything here is ultramodern. It's reminiscent of the showrooms offered by the great interior designers. Except for a few tiny details: this apartment is entirely designed for seniors or people with reduced mobility.
