A 'Breakout': A customer is covered in spots after swimming in a spa, she ends up in the hospital

Taking a moment for herself, this client of a spa in the Pyrénées-Orientales did not expect such consequences.

Just after getting out of the water on June 13, Patricia noticed a rash of spots on her skin . She had them everywhere, except on her head, the only part of her body she hadn't gotten wet. "I don't understand what could have happened."

She went to a pharmacy and bought a soothing cream. But the spots were still there. And she had hundreds of them. They looked "like mosquito bites, tick bites, or even blisters," as our colleagues at L'Indépendant detailed.

A bacteria?
