AI achieves an impossible pregnancy after detecting a man's only two viable sperm

Researchers at Columbia University's Fertility Center reported the first successful pregnancy achieved using an artificial intelligence (AI)-guided method designed to retrieve sperm in men with azoospermia, a condition in which the ejaculate contains little or no sperm.
