The number of patients is rising, and tumors are also on the rise among younger people. This is bad luck, fate, misfortune—but no reason to blame the sick.
Of course, there's nothing wrong with doing 50 minutes of cardio at least three times a week, walking 10,000 steps a day, eating healthy fruit and vegetables, and sipping a few spoonfuls of cold-pressed olive oil every now and then. Of course, you should also be mindful, maintain social contacts, floss, and regularly fall asleep before midnight, which—hopefully with enough restorative deep sleep—adds up to seven and a half hours or more.
